FAQ: Did you change your name? 

In 2016 when we expanded our services to include STI testing, we needed a name that reflected the broader scope of our outreach., including men, women, or teens who may not need "pregnancy" services. We took on Choices Health Network as a DBA. We're still a pregnancy center and our primary outreach is still the abortion vulnerable. Our official business name is still Care Net Pregnancy Resource Center. For our client materials and in the office, you will notice that , we like to use Choices Health Network.

We exist to put God’s love into action by serving with Christ-like compassion those faced with unexpected pregnancy, promoting a lifestyle of sexual integrity within our community, empowering women to choose life for their unborn babies, restoring women and men whose lives have been devastated by abortion, and introducing families to the transforming love of Jesus.

We envision a culture where each life is valued, protected, and nurtured to guide women and families toward abundant life in Jesus Christ.

• We believe as Christians we are called to offer caring support to those who are abortion minded or facing a pregnancy related concern. 

• We believe that life begins at conception and has infinite worth. 

• We believe each person has the right to receive accurate information on the potential risks involved with abortion procedures and birth control. 

• We believe each person has the responsibility to make well informed decisions about their pregnancy. 

• We believe in unconditional acceptance, respect and confidentiality. 

• Our services are available without discriminating race, religion or gender.

Statement of Faith 

• We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. 

• We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. 

• We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through his shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. 

• We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential, and that the salvation is received through faith in Jesus Christ as savior and lord and not as a result of good works.

• We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life and to perform good works.

• We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

• We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
